OEFA Innova
IPA Peru and J-PAL LAC partnered with the Environmental Evaluation and Enforcement Agency (OEFA) to establish an embedded evidence lab that integrates data into decision-making to design, monitor, and evaluate innovative environmental interventions.
Hablemos entre Patas
HEP (“Hablemos entre Patas” or “Guy Talk”) reduced sexual intimate partner violence by 20 percent and decreased acceptance of violence as a way to resolve conflict by 3.9 percentage points among participants. The program also reached men at elevated risk of IPV through anonymous digital enrollment, showing potential for scalable prevention policy.
Mate Raymi
IPA Peru strengthens intercultural bilingual education through Mate Raymi, an evidence-based program delivered via radio-based audioprograms that improves early math learning and cultural identity among Quechua-speaking children in rural communities.
