Diego is a Research Analyst for IPA Peru, where he works on impact evaluations related to education, child labor, and multidimensional poverty in Honduras and Guatemala. He is currently working on a regional study on global citizenship in primary school textbooks across Latin America. Prior to joining IPA, Diego worked at the telecommunications regulator OSIPTEL, conducting tariff analysis. He has experience in survey design, data analysis, natural language processing, and impact evaluation using R, Python, and STATA. He holds a BA in Economics from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
