Ashley is a Research Analyst at IPA Peru, where she has collaborated on projects related to education. She is currently involved in a data collection project on Intercultural Bilingual Education (IBE) across Peru, Ecuador, and Suriname. Previously, she worked on a randomized controlled trial (RCT) evaluating the impact of a comprehensive sexual education program aimed at reducing teenage pregnancy and improving students’ knowledge and attitudes. Ashley holds a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM). Her research interests include development economics, education, gender, and public policy.
