Sandra works as a Senior Policy & Research Analyst at IPA Peru. She is part of a team in charge of developing an embedded evidence lab, which involves running randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). She previously worked in the consulting industry, with a focus on economic and social development studies for clients from the public and private sectors, as well as multilateral organizations. Her main areas of interest are climate change action, sustainable development, education, and access to technology.
