Fiorella works as a Research Manager at IPA Peru. She is currently working in a study related to the teaching of coding education and computational thinking for Paraguayan children enrolled in 2nd grade. She previously worked at IPA Peru, on several projects, providing support on data quality to ensure compliance with quality standards regarding Research Protocols and Minimum Must-Dos. She worked as an Intern on projects related to early childhood development and education in Panama, Costa Rica and Paraguay. Fiorella holds a BA in Social Sciences majoring in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
