Laly Chugden is a Senior Research Analyst at IPA Peru, where she contributes to various impact evaluation projects. She has professional experience in the public sector, including roles at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and an internship at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, with a focus on economic studies. Laly also works as a Teaching Assistant in Microeconomics at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business.
