Guillermo works as a Policy & Research Associate at IPA Peru. He supports the institutionalization process of an embedded lab in Peru and assists in designing and conducting RCTs within the lab to ensure their proper implementation. Before this role, he worked as a Research Associate on experimental and quasi-experimental projects focused on ECD and Migration, coordinating closely with the Ministries of Education of Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico. Before joining IPA, he worked as an intern at an economic consulting firm. He holds a BA degree in Economics with a diploma in Economic Policy from the Universidad de Lima.
