Cesar is a Research Analyst at IPA Peru, with experience in applied economics, research, and consulting. He has worked as an intern at Red de Estudios para el Desarrollo and Macroconsult, and completed the LXXIII Extension Course in Advanced Economics at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. He holds a BA in Economics from Universidad de Piura.
