On 28 July 2017, Peter Srouji, Research Manager for IPA Philippines, gave a presentation on evidence in agriculture during a brown bag with the Anti-Poverty Advocacies and Programs Unit of the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines.Eight OVP staff members attended.

​The World Health Organization (WHO) hosted IPA Sierra Leone's Country Director, Osman Siddiqi, for a brown bag session on evidence from randomized controlled trials in health​.

On July 27, 2017, IPA Zambia presented on Contraceptive Adoption, Fertility, and the Family in Zambia at the Ministry of Health’s Family Planning Technical Working Group Meeting.The TWG meetings are in-house meetings held and chaired by the Ministry of Health every month to discuss Research, Programme and Policy in the Family Planning sub-sector.
