On November 27, IPA Philippines hosted the Research Management Workshop for the Philippine National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA). Research Manager Peter Srouji, Research Coordinator Heather Richmond, and Regional Director Prathap Kasina gave presentations on research design and oversight, data quality control, and measurement and assessing questionnaire design. NEDA conducted sessions on the status of the M&E Fund and a brown bag on impact evaluation of public policies, programs, and projects. This was attended by 27 members of the NEDA Monitoring and Evaluation Staff.
