During the workshop, participants worked in groups with Andrew Dustan (Vanderbilt University), Stanislao Maldonado (Universidad del Rosario) and Sergio De Marco (Research Manager, IPA), as well as with teaching assistants from IPA. Jul 28 Office of the Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines Brown Bag on Evidence in Agriculture On 28 July 2017, Peter Srouji, Research Manager for IPA Philippines, gave a presentation on evidence in agriculture during a brown bag with the Anti-Poverty Advocacies and Programs Unit of the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines.Eight OVP staff members attended.
