Aug 15 IPA Philippines Conducts Theory of Change Workshop for Department of Education, Philippines IPA Philippines conducted workshop entitled "Introduction to Theory of Change" for the Policy Research and Development Division (PRD) of the Department of Education of the Philippines on August 15, 2017.PRD is tasked with promoting evidence-based decision-making and developing evaluation standards across the Department of Education.The workshop focused on how to use the development of a theory of change as a tool for monitoring and evaluation.
