The senior-level Evidence-to-Policy workshop was organized by the World Bank, in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh, Innovations for Poverty Action, the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), the Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC), and the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA).

On March 29 - 30, 2014, the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government held the 2014 Social Enterprise Conference.The event featured a number of panels, case studies, and workshops to discuss pressing challenges and opportunities in social enterprise.Aishwarya Ratan, director of the Financial inclusion Program, participated in a panel titled Simple Technology, Complex Reality: Opportunities and Challenges in Mobile Solutions for Emerging Markets.

On March 27, 2014, the Centre for Economic and Financial Research and the Citi Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, held a conference on youth financial literacy and education.The conference brought together international and Russian experts, practitioners, teachers, and academics to share experiences and expertise on financial literacy initiatives.Beniamino Savonitto, Associate Program Director for the Financial Inclusion Program's Financial Capability Research Fund, participated in a panel on rigorous methodologies for evaluating the impact of financial literacy programs.
