Jessical Kiessel (Chief Program Officer, IPA) and Noor Iqbal (Senior Policy Associate, J-PAL Global) spoke on a panel titled "Beyond Grant Proposals: How Organizations Can Learn from Monitoring and Evaluation" at the 11th Annual NYU Wagner International Public Service Association Conference on May 2.The panel included representatives from 3ie and monitoring and evaluation specialists from several NGOs.

The senior-level Evidence-to-Policy workshop was organized by the World Bank, in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh, Innovations for Poverty Action, the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), the Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC), and the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA).
