IPA Founder Dean Karlan presented IPA’s Graduation of the Ultra Poor study to Yasuyuki Sawada, Chief Economist of the Asian Development Bank, as well as other ADB staff and representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

IPA Philippines Country Director Nassreena Sampaco-Baddiri attended the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) M&E Steering Committee Meeting on 21 February 2017.Representatives from 3ie and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) also attended.

From December 15-19, IPA conducted a training for government representatives working on social protection programs in Guyana.At the invitation of the Ministry of Finance, Dean Karlan, Nathanael Goldberg, and Kelsey Wright presented the Graduation Model and best practices for monitoring and evaluation.
