IPA Philippines, in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in the Philippines, hosted the presentation of results on the Impact Evaluation of the Special Program for Employment of Students. Emily Beam, Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Vermont and principal investigator on the study, presented the results to over 60 key stakeholders from the DOLE national and regional offices, other government agencies, the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, and the Australian Government. A forum followed the presentation, which was broadcasted live through DOLE’s Institute of Labor Studies Facebook page.
