Complaints Redress

Complaints Redress

Trust in digital finance depends on whether consumers can get help when things go wrong. Yet many face barriers in accessing complaints channels or securing a resolution. IPA studies innovations that strengthen consumer voice, from legal support to better complaints tracking systems, and works with regulators and providers to build fair and effective redress mechanisms. These efforts aim to increase consumer confidence and ensure safe participation in digital markets.
