Veerawit Tianchainan is a human rights advocate who has about 20 years of experience working in various roles in Thailand and in the international stage i.e. UN High Commission for Refugees, Country Director of the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, and Founder and Executive Director of the Thai Committee for Refugees Foundation. Recently, he joined the Wattana Seree Foundation as Executive Director. He also served on regional and national advisory boards of networks focused on migration and human rights as well as alliances on child’s rights and counter trafficking in persons.
