Simón is a Research Analyst in the IPA Colombia office and currently supports the research agenda on migration and regularization of Venezuelan migrants in the country. Prior to IPA, he worked as a Research Assistant on political economy and economic development issues for professors at the University of Chicago, University of California San Diego, Harvard Business School, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Simón is an Economist from Universidad de los Andes and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at the same University.
