Ronald is an Associate in IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence (RFE) Unit, based in Kenya. He supports the development of practical advice to partners, advancing RFE’s mission to help implementers and policymakers use data more effectively in decision-making. He brings a solid quantitative background with experience in Python and Stata. His previous work has centered on using data and research to improve operational systems, training programs, and stakeholder engagement across the development and education sectors. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from St. Lawrence University.
