Rene Marlon Panti is a Research Coordinator at IPA. He is leading an education intervention program that delivers simple math instruction via mobile phones to support student education. He also manages an impact evaluation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), a conditional cash transfer program of the Philippine government. Previously, he worked on evaluations of three justice reform programs by the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Before joining IPA, he was a Lecturer at the Department of Economics of the Ateneo de Manila University, a Research Associate at the Human Development Network Philippines, and a Field Coordinator for the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT). He holds an MA in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
