Pratik serves as a Manager for IPA’s Right Fit Evidence Unit and is based in Kenya. He has spent his career across non-profits and NGOs, where he performed composite roles across programs, monitoring and evaluation teams and supporting strategy. Previously Pratik managed a European Union funded nutrition governance project on behalf of ICCO Cooperation and Cordaid in northern Bangladesh, was an M&E specialist and project lead for South Africa’s largest Microfinance organization and has supported social grassroots organizations in Vietnam and Sierra Leone in operational research and M&E capacities.
