Patricia is an advisor with IPA's Right-Fit Evidence (RFE) Unit based in the Uganda country office. Prior to joining IPA, she served as a MEAL technical advisor for partnerships and capacity strengthening at Catholic Relief Services, where she supported multi-country initiatives in early childhood development, and health. She holds an MBA from Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere University.
