Mariana is an Analyst for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit, based in Colombia. In this role, she supports Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities for education and early childhood projects. Previously, she worked at IPA Colombia as a Research Analyst supporting a project for migrant women's inclusion in the labor market. Prior to joining IPA, she interned at the OECD Development Center in Paris and researched learning inequalities in Colombia at Universidad de los Andes. Mariana holds a double major in Economics (BSc) and Government and Public Affairs (BA) from Universidad de los Andes.
