Mariana is an Advisor in IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit. In this role, she advises education, early childhood, and social protection programs across Latin America and Africa, strengthening NGOs’ and government partners’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems. She is also leading efforts to integrate A/B testing in the EdTech sector to enhance evidence-based decision-making. Previously, she worked at IPA Colombia as a Research Analyst, and prior to joining IPA, she interned at the OECD Development Centre in Paris. Mariana holds a double major in Economics (BSc) and Government and Public Affairs (BA) from Universidad de Los Andes.
