Luke Crowley is a Research Officer at the University of Cape Town where he co-leads an evaluation of an mHealth solution for vaccine stock management in northern Mozambique with J-PAL Africa.  Before joining UCT, Luke worked as an IPA Projects Director, overseeing a handful of projects in southern Africa.  He holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.A. in International and Development Economics from the Univesity of San Francisco.
