Lucy Rimmington leads engagements advising partners on the effective use of evidence and data, largely through the development and implementation of “right-fit” monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems.

Lucy is a professional economist who has worked in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She started her career advising organizations on the use of evidence-based behavioral strategies to improve products and programs at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics in Nairobi, Kenya. She has also supported organizations with impact evaluation, modelling and advanced analytics as a consultant within PwC’s Economics and Policy team, and within the UK Government. She holds an MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University.
