Linda serves as an Advisor in IPA's Right-Fit Evidence unit, based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. She supports evidence strategies for large-scale education programs, working across research, MEL, and partner coordination in several contexts. Previously as a Policy Associate at IPA Francophone West Africa, she contributed to education initiatives strengthening Ministries of Education's capacity for data-driven decision-making. Linda brings expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, with a focus on translating field evidence into actionable insights that inform program decisions and policy. She holds a Master's in Demography from IFORD, Cameroon.
