Linda serves as an Advisor for IPA’s Right-Fit-Evidence unit based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Prior, she worked as a policy associate at IPA Francophone West Africa, where she contributed significantly to transformative initiatives such as the Education Lab, strengthening the Ministry of Education's capacity for data-driven decision-making. Her experience includes designing tailored data collection systems and adapting strategies to evolving policies but also improving monitoring and evaluation practices through capacity-building workshops, training field agents, and overseeing data collection for high-impact studies. Linda holds a Master’s degree in demography from the Institute for Demographic Training and Research in Cameroon.
