Leandro Piquet is a professor at the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo. At the same university, he works as a researcher at the Policy Research Center (NUPPs). He was a visiting fellow at the Taubman Center for State and Local Government from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University from 2007 to 2008. Leandro graduated in economics at Rio de Janeiro Federal University and received his Doctorate in Political Science from IUPERJ.
