Kondwani is a Manager for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit, with over 10 years’ experience managing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems. His work spans smallholder agriculture, nutrition, youth employment, financial inclusion, clean cooking, and WASH. Before joining IPA, he was a MEAL Specialist at SNV, leading strategy and implementation in Zambia. He has also worked with IDinsight, Agova, and CIFOR on evaluations for WFP and UNCDF among others. Kondwani holds a BSc in Forestry from the Copperbelt University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Monitoring and Evaluation.
