As Research Associate, Joshua supports IPA Uganda's work related to community impact measurement of Raising the Village programs and the consumer protection in mobile money networks. He previously held research positions at Raising the Village, SPH Makerere University and ECUREI. He has a Master's degree in Biostatistics from Makerere University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University.
