Jean Luc is an Advisor with IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit, based in Francophone West Africa. He currently supports education-focused initiatives such as the Education Lab and the Child Learning and Education Facilities project, working closely with ministry officials to improve data use and evidence-based decision-making. Prior to joining IPA, Jean Luc was an Associate at IDinsight, where he led and contributed to program evaluations in agriculture and education across Senegal, Mali, and Morocco. Jean Luc holds an engineering degree in Data Science and Digitalization from École Centrale Casablanca (CentraleSupélec group).
