Isabella (Bella) Genta is the Program Manager for IPA's Climate & Environment Program. She previously served as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development, managing high-impact programs across Colombia, Peru, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador. Her work focused on reducing commodity-driven deforestation, mobilizing public and private climate finance, and advancing biodiversity conservation. Isabella holds a B.A. in International Conservation from the University of North Florida, an M.A. in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from American University, and an M.A. in Environment, Development, and Peace from the U.N.'s University for Peace.
