Immaculate Musuya is a Research Associate for IPA Uganda, where she supports the design, implementation, and management of research projects that generate evidence to inform policy and strengthen programs in social, educational, and economic development. She currently supports the SHINE (Sharing HaRT in New Expectancies) project, which focuses on advancing evidence and learning around human trafficking survivors' well-being. Immaculate brings over ten years of experience in M&E, research coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the NGO, government, and private sectors. She holds a PGD in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute and an MA in Economic Policy from Makerere University.
