Harriet is a Manager in IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit, based in Uganda. Before joining IPA, she was a Country Economist (Uganda) with the International Growth Centre and completed an ODI Fellowship in Ghana’s Ministry of Finance, where she assisted with quantitative analysis of the tax system. She also served as a policy analyst in the Australian Treasury, focusing on pensions policy and tax modeling. She holds an MA in International and Development Economics from the Australian National University.
