Guy is currently serving as a Right-Fit Evidence Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa. He previously served as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant on the TRECC/GMM2 project for IPA Côte d'Ivoire, and prior to that as an intern for IPA Côte d'Ivoire's Kin Networks project. Before joining IPA, Guy worked as a Research Assistant at the Ivoirian Centre for Economic and Social Research (CIRES), where he participated in various research projects in the fields of health, employment, and agriculture. He has over 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning across sectors such as education, early childhood development, child labor, agriculture, and landscape projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Rural Economics from Université Felix Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
