Florence Kondylis joined the World Bank as a Young professional and received a MA in econometrics from the Sorbonne in Paris, a PhD in economics from the University of London, and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Earth Institute at Columbia University. Her main interests are in development, labor, conflict and agricultural economics. Florence developed and now coordinates a program of impact evaluations in Agricultural Adaptations (AADAPT) in close collaboration with DECRG, PREM gender, the Africa Gender Team and a number of academic institutions.
