Edger is a Right-Fit Evidence Advisor at IPA, based in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to joining IPA, he worked at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL Africa) where he supported the Digital Identification and Finance Initiative in generating rigorous evidence on how governments, private companies, and NGOs in sub-Saharan Africa can use digital payment and identification systems to enhance public service delivery, governance, and financial inclusion. Edger holds a Master of Commerce in Economics from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Nairobi.
