Dean Muraya serves as an Advisor for the Right-Fit Evidence Unit at IPA. Before joining IPA, he worked as an Associate Manager on the New Program Development Team at Evidence Action, where he led the design and management of the Vouchers for Safe Water Program and its pilot initiative in Liberia. Dean has also worked as a Junior Project Lead at Samuel Hall, a social enterprise specializing in research on development, migration, and displacement. He holds an MA in International Development from the Paris School of International Affairs and a BA in Liberal Arts from Amsterdam University College.
