Dr. Cynthia N. Waliaula is an Advisor in the Right-Fit Evidence Unit at IPA, where she helps governments and organizations decide what evidence they need and how to use it for learning and policy decisions. She has more than eight years of experience advising governments and development partners across Africa on health systems and evidence-informed policy, including at Amref Health Africa, the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, and the African Population and Health Research Center. Cynthia holds an MSc in Global Health and Development from University College London and an MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from the University of Nairobi.
