Anne supports IPA Philippines in policy and project development work. Before joining IPA, she worked as an Education Program Specialist for the Policy Research and Development Division of the Department of Education. She is a Licensed Professional Teacher and a Registered Psychometrician, holding a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of the Philippines.
