Cody is a Right-Fit Evidence Advisor at IPA Rwanda, working primarily on education and early childhood programs. He is a certified teacher of elementary education and has spent 8 years teaching at the elementary and middle school levels with a focus on language and literacy. He also served as an education sector Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Benin. He holds an MA in Elementary Education from Washington University in St Louis and an MS in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
