Caroline is Associate Manager of IPA's Peace & Recovery team, leading on P&R's displacement and humanitarian research portfolios. She also works with civil society and governments to ensure evidence informs policy and practice. Caroline's background includes work in international humanitarian policy and grant management, as well a stint as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Caroline holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus in International Development Policy from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BS in Natural Resource Management from The Ohio State University.
