Camila Muñoz Medina serves as an Advisor for the Right-Fit Evidence Unit at IPA. Before joining IPA, Camila worked as a Program Associate for the Education Outcomes Fund, where she designed two Outcomes-Based Funds for early childhood in Rwanda and Sierra Leone. Camila has extensive experience advising NGOs, governments, and international donors to maximize their social impact through the implementation of innovative financing mechanisms, including Results-Based Financing. Camila holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
