Boswell is an Advisor with IPA's Right-Fit Evidence (RFE) Unit, based in the Uganda country office. Prior to joining IPA, he worked with IDinsight as a senior associate, where he collaborated with cross-functional teams, including the Dignity in Development Initiative, the Internal Learning Team, and Client-Facing Teams. His work included developing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and conducting process and impact evaluations in Kenya and Malawi. He holds an MSc in Biostatistics from University of Malawi and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Catholic University of Malawi.
