Prior to IPA, Bianca worked throughout North America and the Asia Pacific. She brings end-to-end global nonprofit experience—from development to monitoring and evaluation—at organizations including Save the Children and the Red Cross. She has a particular passion for gender-based initiatives, and recently managed an Australian-based social enterprise that provided emergency accommodation to women and children suffering from domestic violence. Bianca holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MA in International Development with a Specialization in Gender & Development from the University of Melbourne in Australia.
