Ashley Wheaton leads engagements designed to support NGOs, donors, and other partners to improve the quality and use of the evidence they generate. Prior to joining IPA, Ashley designed and implemented development programs in a variety of fields, including savings-led financial inclusion, urban water and sanitation, and micro-franchising. She holds an MA (International Relations and Development Studies) from the University of East Anglia and a BCom (International Business) from McGill University. Ashley is passionate about early childhood development and is a certified Early Childhood Educator.
