Ashleigh Grindon is a Program Associate for the Strategic Impact Evaluation and Learning project, which aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and policies for the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO). She has previously interned for Search for Common Ground, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and completed a fellowship with the Helsinki Commission. She graduated from University of Southern California in 2023, and earned a dual degree in International Relations/ Global Business, and Political Economy.
