Anna Jacobson is an Associate Director for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit, where she advises funders, implementers, and donors on the use evidence and data to improve impact and learning. Prior to joining IPA, Anna led monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts at the U.S. Department of State and USAID's humanitarian bureaus. Earlier in her career, she worked with several international NGOs on the design, implementation, and evaluation of humanitarian assistance, governance, and forced migration programs in Asia and the Middle East. She holds an MA in Program Evaluation from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a BS in International Affairs from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
