As a Manager for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit, Andrea leads learning and evaluation initiatives and enhances impacts for donors and implementers through strategic learning across program lifecycles. She is currently involved in supporting organizations in Africa and Latin America in the early childhood development, education, and agriculture sectors. Before joining IPA, Andrea advanced global partnerships as Deputy Director of International Relations at Bogotá City Hall and as Partnerships Advisor at the National Department for Social Prosperity and the Ministry of National Education. Andrea holds an MSc in Inequalities and Social Science from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Government from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
